Overview

/settings server opens the server feature toggle panel. It lets admins enable or disable core systems without editing config files manually.

Who This Is For

  • Owners managing feature availability per server
  • Admins doing staged rollouts and temporary feature freezes
  • Staff validating toggle state after wipe or migration

Requirements

  • Connected server in Helios
  • Manage Server permission in Discord
  • Target server selected from autocomplete

Setup

  1. Run /settings server server:"<SERVER>".
  2. Review the current status grid in Server Settings.
  3. Click a toggle button to switch a feature between Enabled and Disabled.
  4. Wait for panel refresh and confirm status changed.
  5. Repeat for each system you want to adjust.
  6. Re-test one command from each changed system in your live flow.

Toggle Reference

Current panel toggles include:

  • Player Unlink
  • Market
  • Shop
  • Bypass Bag
  • Binds
  • Battle Pass
  • Offline Protection
  • Auto Spawns
  • Note Feed
  • Event Timers
  • PvE in Feed
  • Bounties

Commands or Controls

/settings server server:"<SERVER>"

Example Use Case

Owner disables Binds and Market during first-hour wipe stabilization, keeps Note Feed and Event Timers enabled for visibility, then re-enables gameplay systems once queue pressure drops.

Common Issues

Problem

Button press does nothing for another admin.

Likely Cause

Panel is bound to the original user who opened it.

Fix

Have that admin run /settings server themselves.

Prevention

Each staff member should open their own settings panel session.

Problem

Toggle appears unavailable or unchanged.

Likely Cause

Missing Manage Server permission or invalid/old panel state.

Fix

Verify permission, then rerun /settings server and try again.

Prevention

Use admin role checks before delegating settings work.

Problem

Feature behavior does not match toggle after change.

Likely Cause

Wrong server selected or operational test used another server context.

Fix

Re-open panel for target server and re-verify status before retesting.

Prevention

Always include server name in your internal change note.

Tips / Best Practices

  • Change one subsystem at a time when troubleshooting.
  • Keep a short change log for wipe-day toggles.
  • Validate player-facing commands immediately after each critical toggle.
  • Use temporary disablement (not deletion) for incident response.
  • Review full toggle state after any server key/name mapping updates.
