HELIOS provides services related to Rust Console Edition and community features, including but not limited to:

• Automated Assistance: HELIOS provides automated responses based on official documentation.
• Guild Administration: Tools for managing gaming communities.
• Premium Features: Certain features may require a paid subscription.
• Third-Party Integrations: HELIOS may interact with third-party services or APIs. HELIOS is not responsible for disruptions, security breaches, or data handling by third-party services.

• Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using HELIOS.
• Users must not violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Users must not abuse, exploit, or interfere with HELIOS's normal operations.
• Users must not attempt to access unauthorized data or compromise security measures.
• Users must not engage in harassment, hate speech, exploitation, or behavior that violates community standards.

• Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable laws.
• Access to premium services is subject to the subscription period.
• Abuse or violation of these Terms may result in termination of premium access without refund.

• By purchasing a premium service, you agree all payments are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or unauthorized transactions may result in an immediate ban from premium services and potentially HELIOS itself.
• If a chargeback or dispute is initiated, HELIOS reserves the right to revoke all associated benefits and take further action, including reporting fraudulent transactions.
• Users should contact HELIOS support before filing a dispute.

• HELIOS is not responsible for third-party services, APIs, or software failures that impact functionality.
• HELIOS is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind.
• HELIOS is not responsible for loss, damages, or disruptions caused by HELIOS.
• HELIOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use HELIOS.
• HELIOS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the bot at any time.

• Authorized Support Only: Only HELIOS staff and approved representatives may provide official support. This helps protect user accounts and servers from security risks.
• Prohibited Bot Setup Services: Offering paid or unpaid services to set up, configure, or manage HELIOS for others is prohibited. Action may be taken against those found doing so.
• Third-Party Advice: HELIOS is not responsible for issues arising from unauthorized assistance, including incorrect setups, misinformation, breaches, or data loss.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless HELIOS from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of HELIOS.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with HELIOS remain its exclusive property.

HELIOS reserves the right to ban, suspend, or restrict access to users who violate these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of the right to enforce that provision later.

HELIOS may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms, and users are responsible for reviewing updates.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Legal disputes must be filed and resolved in the United States of America.
